Breath begins before words.

Before the mind can name experience,
the body speaks in sensation and rhythm.

We listen beyond words.

Breathwork?

Breathwork is like aspirin for the nervous system.

Through conscious connected breathing, the body gets time and space to speak in its own ways. Sensation, emotion, memory, and insight may surface — not to analyse, but to feel and let settle.

Sometimes there’s barely any movement. Sometimes much more than expected. The body speaks, and something beyond language responds.

How I guide

I guide each session with close attention to pace, presence, and the body’s own intelligence. I stay with you. Steady. Attentive.
Offering support or gentle direction when needed.
I don’t interpret or fix. We listen together. The breath shapes the process, in its own time, in its own way.

Your system already knows the way.

What may move

Each session is different. What arises moves through the body and breath, in its own rhythm, in its own time.

People often experience:

  • the releases of held tensions

  • emotions moving without a story

  • moments of intense clarity or deep stillness

  • a renewed sense of connection with themselves

There’s nothing you need to achieve.

Movement comes when it’s ready.
Stillness has its own intelligence.

A path into the work

My path into breathwork grew from a long fascination with altered states and what they reveal beneath habitual patterns. Discovering breathwork as a legal and embodied doorway into non-ordinary states, I felt called to explore this work more deeply. In 2022, I completed my training as a Core Healing Breathwork facilitator, informed by rebirthing and holotropic principles.

Over time, my focus has shifted from intensity toward integration. While breathwork can open profound inner landscapes, I have found that softness, humour, and grounded presence are often what allow trust to form and deeper material to be met.

For me, altered states aren’t an escape. They’re another way of listening to the hidden currents that bind us.

Frequency, Resonance and Presence

Music is part of the container—holding, guiding, and yielding to the breath itself. Playfulness and precision move side by side, shaped by a deep engagement with sound. I draw from contemporary electronic and ritual music traditions, exploring their meeting points and edges, always in service of the process.

Whether working one-to-one or in groups, the space is held in a clear, relational, and non-judgemental way.
Whatever needs to arise is welcome.
