Breathwork?
Conscious connected breathing gives the body room to talk.
Sensation. Emotion. Memory. Whatever's been waiting gets a chance to move. Not to analyse it. To feel it. To meet it.
Sometimes barely anything happens. Sometimes a lot does. Either way, something moves beyond language.
I stay close. I don't rush it, and I don't smooth it over. The breath sets the pace, not me.

What may move
Each session is different. What arises moves through the body and breath, at its own pace.
People notice things loosening. Emotions moving without needing a story. Sometimes clarity. Sometimes only stillness.
Some things rattle loose. Some stay put. Both are fine.

A path into the work
My path into breathwork grew from a long fascination with altered states and what they reveal underneath habitual patterns. Breathwork was a legal way into non-ordinary states, so I went deeper. In 2022, I trained as a Core Healing Breathwork facilitator, informed by rebirthing and holotropic principles.
Over time, I've moved away from chasing intensity. Breathwork can open a lot fast, but softness, humour, and grounded presence are usually what let trust build and let the heavier stuff actually get met.
For me, altered states aren't an escape. They're another way of listening to the hidden currents that bind us.
Frequency, Presence, and Resonance
Music guides and yields to the breath itself. I curate from modern electronic and ritual traditions, exploring and transgressing where they meet, always in service of the breath.
Music is medicine they can't steal from us.
Solo or group, same rule: nothing's off limits. Whatever shows up is welcome.
